Blooming Joy Gardens: The Flower Farm

FARMING FOR JOY: THE FARM FRESH DIFFERENCE

Here at Blooming Joy Gardens, I’m on a mission to bring beauty & joy to our community through vibrant, specialty cut flowers and garden consulting services.

When you receive a bouquet from us, or create your designs using our flowers, you can rest easy knowing that they were grown with you and your family in mind.

Our flowers are grown and harvested by myself and my children. I do not use any harmful pesticides or herbicides, I simply grow seasonally, with nature.

When you first experience our farm fresh flowers, you will be blown away by the vibrant colors, unique flower varieties, and by how long the flowers last.

Our customers continuously tell us they love how fresh and unique our flowers are and that they bring them pure joy. There’s nothing like having farm fresh flowers in your home. It just makes for a great start to your day!

This is what happens when your flowers are cut fresh just for you. They are grown with love and simply look better and last longer!

WHY YOU SHOULD BUY LOCAL FLOWERS

Did you know that nearly 80% of cut flowers sold in the United States and Canada are not actually grown in North America? This means that the cut flower industry has an enormous carbon footprint, with flowers being flown around the world every day!

When you buy flowers from a local farm, you are supporting an actual family in your community and your flowers are cut fresh just for you, which means you receive the freshest blooms that last up to 2 weeks in the vase.

By choosing locally grown, seasonal flowers you are joining us in the Slow Flowers Movement, a philosophy of utilizing sustainable practices to grow flowers, supporting the local economy and reducing the use of chemicals through the purchase of domestically and ethically grown flowers. “Honestly, they are the most lovely flowers I have seen in quite some time.”
